Beacon Collective

Moving anywhere? Get matched with a vetted local pro.

Most moves need two great agents — one to sell where you are, one to buy where you’re going. I personally vet every agent in this network, and I’ll personally introduce you. No random internet leads, no call centers. Just a local pro I’d send my own family to.

Free for you, always. Tell me both ends of your move — where you’re leaving and where you’re headed — and I’ll match you at either end, or both.

Leaving South Florida? Take a vetted agent with you.

Selling here is only half the move. The other half is landing in a new city with an agent you can trust — and “top rated on a search site” isn’t the same as vetted.

If you’re leaving South Florida, I’ll sell your home here (that’s my home turf) and hand you off to a vetted local pro at the other end. One call covers both halves of your move.

Moving to South Florida? Start here — with me.

This one’s mine. South Florida is my home territory: Lighthouse Point, Boca Raton, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and the surrounding coastal communities. If you’re buying or selling down here, you don’t need the network — you get me directly.

And if you’re selling a home somewhere else first, I can match you with a vetted agent there, too, so both ends of your move are covered.

Not a Florida move? Doesn’t matter.

This network isn’t just for people moving to or from Florida. It’s for anyone moving anywhere. Your brother relocating from Denver to Nashville. Your parents downsizing from Long Island to the Carolinas. Your best friend taking a job in Austin. If both ends of the move are in the network, I can match the whole move — and if only one end is, I’ll cover that end well.

How it works

Step 1 — Tell me about your move.

Fill out the short form: where you’re leaving, where you’re going, and whether you need to sell, buy, or both. Two minutes, tops.

Step 2 — Get a personal introduction.

Within one business day, I’ll personally introduce you to your matched agent by email or text. No handing your number to a lead service. One agent, hand-picked for your market.

Step 3 — Move with a local pro in your corner.

Your agent handles their end of the move, and I stay in the loop. If anything feels off, you call me — my name is on the match.

How a referral actually flows

A Beacon Collective introduction is never a name passed along in a text message. Every referral — whoever sends it, wherever it lands — runs on the same rails:

Step 1 — A need surfaces.

A client is moving: selling where they are, buying where they’re headed, or both. Their agent brings the need to the network, or the client asks the network directly.

Step 2 — The hub makes the match.

The network’s hub matches the client to the one vetted member who holds that market — the agent whose license, production, and references were verified before they ever held the territory.

Step 3 — The client signs the acknowledgment.

At the moment of introduction, the client signs a short acknowledgment naming both agents and both brokerages. It happens in every referral, without exception, before the receiving agent begins work — so the introduction is on paper from day one, never a verbal handoff.

Step 4 — A personal introduction, fast.

The receiving agent is introduced personally — by the client’s own agent or by the hub — and first contact happens within one business day. Same day whenever possible.

Step 5 — Each agent works their end.

The receiving agent represents the client in their market under their own brokerage’s agreements. On a two-ended move, both ends are papered separately, and the hub stays in the loop on each.

Step 6 — It closes, and the paper trail closes with it.

The referral fee moves broker-to-broker as part of the closing itself, handled by the title company — the client never sees a bill for the introduction, because there isn’t one. The signed acknowledgment and the referral agreement are filed together under the referral’s ID, and after closing the hub asks the client how it went. That answer is part of how a member keeps their market.

“Vetted” actually means something here

Anyone can buy their way into an online directory. Nobody buys their way into this one.

Every agent in this network passed a real vetting process — not a sign-up form. I verify their license against the state record and their actual production — $6M+ in closed volume in the last 12 months preferred, documented, not self-reported — contact at least two of their references, confirm their brokerage will stand behind the referral paperwork, and speak with every one of them personally before they hold a market. Each is licensed 3+ years, in good standing, and works their market full-time. Each one agreed to a simple standard: when I send you a client, you call them within one business day — and you take care of them like they came from family. After every closing, I ask the client how it went. Agents who don’t hold the standard lose their spot. One agent per market, chosen on purpose — and I’d rather leave a market open than fill it with the wrong agent.

Frequently asked questions

Does this cost me anything?

No. Matching and introductions are free for you, always. Agents are paid their normal commission when you buy or sell, the same as if you’d found them yourself.

Can I use my own agent instead?

Of course. If you already have an agent you trust at either end of your move, use them — and I’m still happy to cover the other end. This exists for the end of the move where you don’t know anyone.

I’m just researching — is it too early to reach out?

Not at all. Most people reach out months before a move. An early conversation with a local pro — what your home might sell for, what the new market actually looks like — makes the whole move easier. No pressure and no obligation, whether your move is next month or next year.

Do I need help at both ends of my move?

Only if you want it. Buy-side only, sell-side only, or both — the form lets you pick, and you can always add the other end later.

What if my market isn’t listed?

Tell me where you’re headed anyway. I’m building this network market by market and vetting every agent personally, so some markets are still being filled — and I’d rather tell you that than hand you a name I haven’t checked. If your city isn’t covered yet, I’ll still do my best to find you a vetted option through my own contacts.

I’ve never met Reed — why go through him?

Fair question. Because a directory sells placement and I don’t. My name is on every introduction, my clients are the ones using this, and an agent who lets my people down loses their market. That accountability is the whole point.
